CNE102I-SP1 is a high-precision current sensor designed for galvanically isolated measurement of DC, AC, pulsed, and irregular waveform currents. Leveraging  ad vanced isolation technology, it ensures complete electrical isolation between the primary and secondary circuits, with a withstand voltage of 5kV (50Hz, 1min) and transient isolation voltage of 10kV (50μs). It features 0.01% measurement accuracy, 50ppm linearity, and 3ppm/K temperature drift, delivering exceptional stability in a wide temperature range (-40°C~85°C).

    Applications

    Aerospace Power Systems

    In aerospace applications, these sensors monitor kil ampere-level currents in aircraft power busbars (e.g., 1000A DC from solar arrays or fuel cells). The 0.01% accuracy ensures precise State of Charge (SoC) estimation for satellite batteries, while 50ppm linearity enables reliable detection of subtle current fluctuations caused by thruster activations or payload switching. Galvanic isolation (≥2.5kV) protects avionics from high-voltage transients, ensuring mission-critical power stability.

    EV Ultra-Fast Charging Stations

    In electric vehicle ultra-fast charging stations, the high-precision fluxgate current sensor (1000A, 0.01% accuracy, 50ppm linearity) serves as a critical component in the feedback loop, being vital to ensuring charging safety, efficiency, and compatibility. As the core of the current feedback mechanism, it accurately measures the charging current with 0.01% precision and transmits real-time data to the charging station's control system.
